Job summary

Smart Work | Network, Inc. in Schwenksville, PA is seeking a Pool Designer/Sales Support Specialist to create 2D/3D pool and outdoor living designs and support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and documentation.

The role blends design expertise with construction understanding and a strong focus on customer service. You will partner with the sales team to translate homeowner ideas into attractive designs, assist with drawings and permitting, and collaborate with production to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience designing residential pools and outdoor living spaces; full backyard design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PoolStudio, DynaScape, or similar CAD/design software.
• Understanding of pool, landscape, and hardscape construction, including site conditions and permitting considerations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D designs featuring pools, patios, hardscapes, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces.
• Partner with the sales team to translate homeowner ideas, site requirements, and budgets into practical, attractive designs.
• Prepare design presentations, itemized proposals, and revisions to support the sales process.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed to gather information and explain design options.
• Assist with construction drawings, permitting documentation, and coordination with engineering resources.
• Work closely with production to ensure a smooth handoff and accurate execution of the design.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely turnaround.
