Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of pool safety rules is a plus.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy environment with high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about pool services, programs, and policies.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
• Process pool admissions and memberships.
• Register pool guests accurately and verify fees for access or classes.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide information regarding pool schedules, events, and policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily reports.
• Enforce pool safety rules and monitor for unsafe conditions.
• Collaborate with lifeguards and management on safety concerns.
• Maintain records of pool attendance and activities.
• Assist with scheduling pool events, classes, and programs.
• Perform general administrative duties and keep reception tidy.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred
