Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC is seeking a Casino Services Coordinator to cultivate relationships with VIP guests, ensuring visits are seamless, memorable, and tailored to preferences.

You will answer VIP calls, coordinate reservations and experiences, and collaborate with concierge, housekeeping, and F&B to fulfill requests. Flexibility for a dynamic, fast-paced resort environment is required.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Front Desk, VIP Services, or Casino Services for a large-scale, luxury resort preferred.
• Proficient with HMS and Konami is a plus.
• Highly motivated and energetic with a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
• Ability to stay composed in busy, stressful situations.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and delegate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest and company information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

• Answer incoming calls from VIP guests and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and confirm room reservations, dining, show tickets, transportation, and special requests.
• Handle changes, adjustments, or cancellations with minimal disruption to the guest experience.
• Collaborate with concierge, housekeeping, and F&B to fulfill special requests.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Stay informed about resort amenities, events, and promotions.
• Provide VIP guests with recommendations beyond the resort’s borders.
• Coordinate seamlessly across departments for a consistent VIP experience.
• Duties may be added or modified as needed.
