Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of pool safety rules is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about pool services, programs, and policies.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
• Process pool admissions and memberships.
• Ensure accurate and efficient registration of pool guests.
• Verify and collect fees for pool access or classes.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide information regarding pool schedules, events, and policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily financial reports.
• Enforce pool safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor pool area for any unsafe conditions and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with lifeguards and management to address safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of pool attendance and activities.
• Assist with scheduling of pool events, classes, and programs.
• Help with general administrative duties as needed.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with organizing pool equipment and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
