Job summary

Shaner Group is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Pool Attendant to support pool and beach operations at the Key Largo property. You will greet guests, distribute towels, assist seating, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while following hotel standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities include setting up areas each morning, ensuring proper chair and furniture arrangement, and delivering exceptional service to all guests, including handling requests with professionalism and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and staff.
• Basic counting ability for inventory and transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior guest relations or training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pool and beach area is set up, clean, stocked and ready for the day’s demands.
• Sweep the pool deck; ensure furniture is in the correct place each morning.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests upon arrival.
• Distribute towels, assist seating, and anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations.
• Identify hazards and report any defects; maintain safety and sanitation standards.
