Job summary

Shaner Group seeks an Operations Leader to supervise pool and beach operations in Key Largo, ensuring open/close procedures, safety, and guest service excellence.

You will coach attendants, run pre-shift meetings, and coordinate with F&B, Recreation, Engineering, and Housekeeping to maintain service standards. Strong English and hospitality experience are required; outdoor work and swimming ability are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to work outdoors and swim.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pool and beach operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of pool and beach areas.
• Ensure safety procedures and service protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with F&B, Recreation, Engineering, and Housekeeping to maintain service excellence.
• Lead and coach attendants; conduct pre-shift meetings and assign shifts.
