Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a hands-on leader to supervise pool and beach operations at the Playa Largo Resort & Spa in the Florida Keys. You will oversee opening/closing, ensure cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pool and beach operations to ensure smooth opening and closing.
• Monitor pool/ beach cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Coordinate with F&B, Recreation, Engineering, Housekeeping for service excellence.
• Lead and coach attendants; conduct pre-shift meetings; assign shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation regulations, and company policies.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and follow up.
