WaterWorks Pools & Spas is hiring a Swimming Pool Design & Sales Consultant to lead the full sales cycle from initial consultation to design and close. You will meet homeowners, evaluate properties, interpret CAD drawings, and develop custom outdoor living spaces that fit property, lifestyle, and budget.

We offer showroom access in Sumter, Florence, and Charleston, company-generated leads, and 25+ years in the industry to support a high-earning sales career in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with ability to close business.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Professional and confident when meeting homeowners.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings and construction plans.
• Willingness to travel within South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers at homes and project sites.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process.
• Evaluate properties for pools and outdoor living projects.
• Understand and interpret CAD drawings, elevations, and site conditions.
• Help develop pool and outdoor living designs based on customer vision and site.
• Prepare and present proposals and close sales.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with leads.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and office teams throughout the sales process.
• Travel throughout your assigned South Carolina sales territory.
