Job summary

Spa Ojai at Ojai Valley Inn pools is seeking a Pool Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the pool areas. You will greet guests warmly, assist with seating and towel service, and maintain a pristine, safe environment while coordinating with servers and other staff.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and clear communication in English with guests and coworkers to ensure an outstanding pool experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably one year customer service or restaurant environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within seconds of arrival and help them feel welcomed.
• Assist with seating, towel delivery, and setting up lounge chairs and cabanas.
• Refresh beverages and ensure all pool areas remain clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Notify servers and supervisors of guest needs and any issues or safety concerns.
• Support other departments as needed and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
• Close out your station with proper side work and log any incidents or guest feedback.
