Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Pool and Beach Supervisor who brings energy and a passion for service to our Recreation team. You will lead and coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards across food, beverage, and facilities while resolving guest requests professionally.

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Hawaii State Department of Health TB clearance card required when working in food and beverage
• Weekend & Holiday availability required

Responsibilities

• Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in Recreation to meet standards.
• Be visible in operation, recognize staff, promote guest relations, and handle guest requests and complaints.
• Ensure quality of food & beverage items, amenities, and equipment and restock to maintain service standards.
• Quality checks all guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings for effective communication with staff.
• Support in areas like food running, towel replenishment, attending, or serving as needed.
• Coach team members daily on Forbes and training manuals to maximize service potential.
• Handle guest and resident complaints and requests while maintaining smooth service flow.
