Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii is seeking a Pool and Beach Supervisor who leads the Recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach, supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring quality food & beverage, amenities, and attentive service across pools and beaches.

The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and a passion for guest satisfaction, with weekend/holiday availability and Hawaii work authorization.

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience.
• Legal work authorization in United States.
• TB clearance card required by Hawaii Dept. of Health for F&B work.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all Recreation Department employees to standards.
• Be visible in operation, recognize staff, manage guest relations and special requests.
• Ensure quality of food & beverage, amenities, and organize equipment for excellent recreation service.
• Perform quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure clear communication with staff.
• Support in food running, towel replenishment, attending or serving when needed.
• Test and coach team daily on Forbes and standard training manuals to maintain service excellence.
• Handle guest and resident complaints while ensuring smooth service flow.

POOL AND BEACH SUPERVISOR

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Pool and Beach Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Pool and Beach Supervisor has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You'll Do

• Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Recreation Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, residents, and group contacts.
• Ensure quality of all food & beverage items, amenities, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as restock and organize all products and equipment to an attentive and distinctive experience in Recreation.
• Quality checks all guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure effective communication and cooperation with staff.
• Support in all areas such as food running, replenishing towels, attending, or serving when necessary
• Test and coach all team members daily on Forbes and all standard training manuals to guarantee the finest service potential
• Handle all guest and resident complaints, concerns, and special requests while ensuring that the flow of service is efficient. Ensure all guest satisfaction is up to standard.

What To Bring

• Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Weekend & Holiday availability required
