Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai invites applications for a Pool & Beach Attendant role, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in an oceanfront Hawaiian setting. You will greet guests, maintain pristine pool and beach areas, and support F&B operations while upholding Four Seasons standards.

The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• TB clearance required by Hawaii DoH for food & beverage work.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous food & beverage, recreation, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to carry and balance trays, transport supplies, and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (sun, wind, humidity, rain).
• Stand and walk for extended periods; flexible mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests by proactively greeting them and offering seating options.
• Welcome guests to pool and beach areas with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure areas are prepared and maintained.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and service opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout pool and beach areas by clearing dishes, towels, linens, and items.
• Set up, maintain, and break down service stations, tables, buffets, and amenity areas.
• Support Recreation and F&B operations while upholding Four Seasons service standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create seamless guest experiences.
