Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Pool and Beach Attendant to join our community-focused team in Saint George, Utah. You’ll assist the Lifestyle Director with activities, manage amenity reservations, and help create a welcoming, clean environment for guests.

Ideal candidates bring experience in aquatics, recreation, or hospitality, a positive attitude, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. CPR/First Aid is preferred; pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service in aquatics, recreation or hospitality.
• Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Effective communication and flexibility to work after-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lifestyle Director with activities, games, crafts and events.
• Manage on-site amenity reservations (kayaks, paddleboards, toys).
• Set up pool chairs, umbrellas and equipment; maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Enforce policies professionally and resolve customer concerns; assist with laundry.
