Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant to supervise the pool area, announce safety messages, and maintain equipment availability for guests. The role supports residents by providing information and services in a hospitality-focused environment.

The position requires experience in hospitality, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Training and company policies are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of College level courses in Hospitality is strongly desirable.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Provide service-oriented guest assistance.
• Picks up debris and maintains pool area cleanliness.
• Check and report condition of sports equipment.
• Work as part of a team and be approachable to residents/guests.
• Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy.
