Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a dependable pool attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment in Hyannis, MA. You will assist guests with questions, support daily pool operations, and ensure facilities are ready for use.

The ideal candidate is attentive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting, with ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to help with opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of pool safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area activity and help promote a safe environment for all guests
• Set up, clean, and maintain pool furniture, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including removing debris and checking supply levels
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and answer basic questions about pool rules and amenities
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or unusual activity to appropriate personnel
• Support enforcement of pool policies and facility guidelines in a professional manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Help ensure towels, supplies, and other guest amenities are organized and replenished
