Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a friendly Pool & Beach Attendant at The Surf Club in Surfside, near Miami Beach. You will greet guests, assist with seating, provide towels and water, and orient guests to pool and beach facilities.

Must have basic food and beverage service knowledge, be able to read and speak English, and have valid US work authorization. Four Seasons offers excellent training, employee meals, parking, and discounts for stays worldwide.

About the role

Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements, Umbrellas and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures

What you will do

• The ability to conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones.
• The ability to provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.
• The ability to anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
• The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
