Job summary

Four Seasons Surf Club in Surfside near Miami Beach seeks a Pool & Beach Attendant to welcome guests, assist with seating, provide towels and amenities, and guide guests with orientation to pool facilities.

Responsibilities include opening pool areas, informing guests of services, anticipating needs, and assisting with light food/beverage service as required. Valid U.S. work authorization and excellent English are required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English; good communication skills.
• Hospitality or pool/beach operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open procedures for pool area, key access, and setup of amenities.
• Provide information and orientation to guests about hotel services and pool hours.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver service in a courteous, unobtrusive manner.
• Assist with serving and clearing food/beverage items as needed.

About The Role

Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements, Umbrellas and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

What You Will Do

• The ability to conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones.
• The ability to provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.
• The ability to anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
• The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

• Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
• Able to read and speak English.
