Job summary

Four Seasons The Surf Club in Surfside, FL, is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to greet guests, assist with seating, towels, and amenities at the Pool & Beach area, and ensure a courteous, professional guest experience.

You will respond to guest interactions efficiently, comply with all Four Seasons policies, and support a luxurious environment. The role requires basic F&B service knowledge and English literacy, with full-time hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
• Able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones.
• Provide information and assistance to hotel guests, give them an orientation, have them register and be familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.
• Anticipate and service guests’ requirements before requests are necessary.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

About the role:

Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements, Umbrellas and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
