Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a friendly Pool & Beach Attendant for the Marriott Hutchinson property in New York. You will greeting guests, maintain pool and beach areas, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include setting up areas, cleaning, assisting with opening/closing duties, and supporting a small team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Prior hospitality or pool attendant experience is preferred.

The Marriott Hutchinson is seeking a friendly and proactive Pool & Beach Attendant to provide outstanding guest service. This role often serves as the first or last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain pool areas and equipment.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and supplies.

• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.

• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.

• Perform opening and closing duties, including putting up umbrellas, setting beach chairs, folding towels, breakdown chairs from the beach, locking doors and securing equipment.

• Lift, move, and carry objects up to 25 lbs; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

• Support team goals and maintain professional interactions with guests and coworkers
