Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a friendly Pool & Beach Attendant at Marriott Hutchinson to provide outstanding guest service and set a welcoming tone for guests.

You'll set up and maintain pool areas, sanitize equipment, assist guests, and perform opening and closing duties, including beach chairs and towels. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for career growth within Concord-managed properties.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including putting up umbrellas, setting beach chairs, folding towels, breakdown chairs from the beach, locking doors and securing equipment.
• Lift, move, and carry objects up to 25 lbs; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Support team goals and maintain professional interactions with guests and coworkers
