Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Pool & Beach Assistant Manager who champions excellence and the aloha spirit. You will supervise staff, oversee food and beverage service, and ensure a premium guest experience poolside.

This role partners with Engineering to maintain water quality and pool operations, schedules team payroll, and arranges guest supplies and amenities to keep operations smooth and safe.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Hospitality Management or similar preferred.
• 1-2 years Previous in Hotel/Resort or Restaurant/Pool & Beach supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, OpenTable preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.
• Ensure correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods.
• Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
• Works closely with Engineering to maintain proper water quality and mechanical operation of the swimming and whirlpools.
• Order relevant guest supplies, including bathing suits, toiletries, and other amenities to ensure the Poolside par level for smooth operation.
• Maintain the Poolside as a safe environment and in accordance with all health department regulations.

Pool & Beach Assistant Manager

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Pool & Beach Assistant Manager who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Pool & Beach Assistant Manager reports directly to the Director of Pool & Beach and is responsible for supervising the work of employees while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This includes managing the recreational experience, food and beverage service, and poolside amenities at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.

What You Will Do

• The ability to supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.

What You Bring
