Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina in Hawai‘i is seeking a Pool & Beach Assistant Manager with a passion for excellence and aloha spirit. You will supervise staff, oversee poolside services, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across recreational activities, F&B service, and pool amenities.

The role requires hospitality leadership, a relevant degree, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel/resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or college degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of Hotel/Resort or Restaurant/Pool & Beach supervisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.
• Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, OpenTable preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.
• Ensure correct service techniques across meal periods by staff.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll within budget guidelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering on water quality and pool equipment operation.
• Order guest supplies to maintain poolside par level for smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe poolside environment per health regulations.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Pool & Beach Assistant Manager who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Pool & Beach Assistant Manager reports directly to the Director of Pool & Beach and is responsible for supervising the work of employees while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This includes managing the recreational experience, food and beverage service, and poolside amenities at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.

What you will do:

• The ability to supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.
• To ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demonstrated by all staff members.
• To schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
• Works closely with Engineering to maintain proper water quality and mechanical operation of the swimming and whirlpools.
• To order relevant guest supplies, including bathing suits, toiletries, and other amenities to ensure the Poolside par level allow for smooth operation.
• Maintain the Poolside as a safe environment and in accordance with all health department regulations.

What you bring:

• College Degree in Hospitality Managment or similar preferred.
• 1-2 years Previous in Hotel/Resort or Restaurant/Pool & Beach supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required.
