Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a tireless hospitality teammate to support servers and kitchen staff, ensuring guests have everything they need during service and that plates are presented with care. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and maintaining clean, organized stations across front and back-of-house operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a Food Handler's Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler's Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers, bartenders, and managers with carrying plates to guests.
• Ensure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
• Keep kitchen and front line stations clean, restocked and organized during shifts.
• Read order tickets, track cooking times, and ensure proper doneness and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Complete closing duties and maintain safety guidelines throughout the shift.
