Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group in Hawaii seeks a friendly, service-oriented team member to help deliver memorable dining experiences. You will assist front- and back-of-house staff, maintain clean stations, and ensure guests have everything they need after delivery of food.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance in required uniform.
• Able to stand and walk for long shifts; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain knowledge of all food menus including carryout menus.
• Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
• Assist servers, bartenders and managers with carrying plates.
• Read order tickets, track cooking times, and verify plate presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen station and restock as needed.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and co-workers.
