Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Drink Runner to support servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, turning tables, and keeping dining areas clean. You also help greet Guests and take drink orders, while delivering food and beverages promptly to ensure a great experience.

We value a guest-focused, team-oriented mindset and require flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Food handlers and alcohol certifications are required as applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience optional but helpful
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is essential
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification as required
• Effective communication
• Sense of urgency in fast-paced settings
• Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
• Greet Guests and take drink orders
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate needs
• Support Server with refills, pre-bussing, and table turns
• Create memorable guest experiences with exceptional service
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties
