Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a service-forward team member to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will learn menus, assist servers and cooks, and ensure guests receive attentive service and accurate orders. Strong teamwork and a professional appearance help you thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining station readiness, following safety guidelines, and assisting with closing duties while promoting a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school education and relevant training and experience required.
• Knowledge of local area preferred.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain knowledge of all food menus including carryout menus.
• Ensure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen station and assist with deliveries.
• Assist servers, bartenders and managers with carrying plates.
• Communicate orders to chefs and uphold timing and guest requests.
• Promote teamwork and assist co-workers to deliver a great dining experience.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to the manager.
