Job summary

Mondrian South Beach is seeking a hospitality professional to assist in organizing and managing the daily Food & Beverage operations, with a primary focus on the Pool and Bar areas while floating to other outlets as needed. You will supervise service, monitor guest satisfaction, train staff, manage opening/closing duties, and participate in inventory and cost controls to ensure a premium guest experience.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Circulate on the outlet floor to ensure guest satisfaction and supervise service.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff; respond to requests and emergencies.
• Assign and supervise opening/closing side duties; assist with scheduling.
• Conduct daily beverage inventory, cost calculations and requisitions.
• Lead daily meetings and train employees to improve performance.
