Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water
3. Set up and break down service cabanas as directed by management
4. Monitor and clean pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to maintain an inviting environment
5. Arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and amenities for guest comfort
6. Promote poolside amenities and services, including food, beverage, cabana rentals, and entertainment
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
8. Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable moments
9. Perform additional duties as needed based on business requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Enjoyment of outdoor activities and the sun
