Job description

LIVunLtd is seeking a reliable Spa & Pool Attendant to join our team! As the Spa & Pool Attendant, your duties will include processing/cleaning spa/salon linens, maintaining cleanliness in treatment rooms, salon areas, and locker rooms, and restocking linens and amenities. The role also involves ensuring the visual appeal of the amenity space through daily cleaning and upkeep.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide professional cleaning services for amenity spaces including relaxation rooms, locker rooms, steam rooms, and wet areas.
2. Complete daily tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, trash removal, toiletries replacement, and amenity restocking.
3. Report unsafe conditions to your manager.
4. Perform laundry duties and operate laundry equipment.
5. Deliver high-level customer service to residents and guests.
6. Wear the approved uniform for your specific LIVunLtd location.
7. Follow all LIVunLtd policies, procedures, and initiatives.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Previous spa or retail experience preferred.
2. Ability to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
3. Knowledge of cleaning various surfaces with appropriate products.
4. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
5. Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

COMPENSATION

The position pays $15.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
