Responsibilities

Your role includes effectively communicating, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering exemplary service in line with Willow Bridge Property Company's standards.

• Assist patrons with signing in and supervise their use of the pool.
• Remain attentive and aware at all times while on duty.
• Report and control unruly behavior to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform chemical checks to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and furniture.
• Assist with open swim sessions, swim lessons, and pool parties.
• Check and maintain rescue equipment such as tubes and buoys.

Qualifications

Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with co-workers, managers, vendors, and residents are essential.

• Basic computer skills, including operating mobile devices and PCs.
• A positive, professional demeanor under all circumstances.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate pool hours.
• Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions, including potentially hazardous situations.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
