Join us as a Pool Attendant at Pyramid Pool Monitoring Services

We are hiring personable and responsible individuals to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be able to engage with people of all ages, exercise good judgment, follow instructions, and handle stressful situations calmly.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Pyramid Pool Monitoring Services. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Check for pool passes and refuse entry to unauthorized guests.
• Enforce community pool rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain incident and operational logs.
• Enforce social distancing guidelines.
• Keep the pool area clean and organized, including skimming debris, wiping tables, lowering umbrellas, straightening furniture, emptying trash, and tidying bathrooms.

Work Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience as a pool attendant, cleaner, or lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to remain calm and handle emergency or confrontational situations.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate sun exposure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and summer holidays.
• Ability to manage conflict and stress.
• Ideal for teachers, retirees, and college students seeking summer employment.

Work Schedule

• Work 4-5 days per week.
• Shifts typically between 11 AM – 9 PM on weekdays and weekends.
• Flexible hours from May through September.
• Shifts may vary.

Note: Applicants must be available for major summer holidays, including Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, and Labor Day.
