Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, polymer science, or a related technical field is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and technical documentation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer challenges and deliver technical solutions that align with client needs.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, demonstrations, and resolving technical inquiries.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and provide input to product management for customized features or solutions.
• Present and demonstrate technical product features to clients as a subject matter expert.
• Coordinate with quality, product management, regulatory, engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support customer requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and technologies to support customer projects.
