Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in polymers, engineered thermoplastics, compounding, formulation, or product development.
• Proven ability to lead scientists, engineers, and technicians.
• Proven success developing and commercializing new products.
• Expertise in polymer formulation, compounding, processing, and application development.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Six Sigma, DOE, DMAIC, or Design for Six Sigma training.
• Patent development, IP, or industry publication experience.
• Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
