Job summary

Wacker Chemie AG in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a Business Division Controller - Polymers to lead financial planning for the Polymers NCA region, partnering with the VP and regional leadership to drive profitability and strategic initiatives.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and cross-functional coordination with US, Germany and other sites, ensuring accurate reporting and implementation of tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (US sites) and Germany.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide business advice and counsel to the Division VP and regional leadership.
• Direct timely analysis, reporting of Division financial results and budgeting/forecasting.
• Ensure capital expenditure analyses and approvals per procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US, Germany, and other locations.
• Support presentations for management at regional and global meetings.
