• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience.

• Experience with financial systems and tools (Excel, SAP S/4HANA).
• Familiarity with SAP Analytic Cloud and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for the Polymers division in NCA.
• Coordinate investment analyses and review capital expenditures.
• Provide financial guidance to regional leadership and VP, Controlling.
• Present business performance results to management and at leadership meetings.
• Mentor nonfinancial personnel on profitability drivers and controls.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to align regional actions with global goals.
