ITW Specialty Films, based in Chicago Heights, IL, seeks a Regional Controller to oversee finance and accounting for the Chicago Heights, IL and Kalkaska, MI locations. This role reports to the Division Controller and ensures timely financial reporting, robust internal controls and adherence to US GAAP.

The position leads budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, partners with site leadership, and develops the finance team while driving process improvements across inventory and costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including inventory control, P&L management and balance sheet management.
• Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.
• Adept at creating budgets from the ground up and managing to the budget.
• Strong partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data into business insights.
• Ability to lead through influence and build respect and trust.
• Excellent time and project management skills; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the organization.
• Prepare/direct preparation of financial statements and annual budgets for corporate/regulatory needs.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end closes per USGAAP.
• Manage inventory, BOMs, costing, and overhead standards; oversee A/P, A/R, banking and fixed assets.
• Support ERP implementation and maintain strong internal controls.
• Lead and develop finance staff across both sites and drive cross-site collaboration.
