WACKER, a leading chemical company, seeks a Sr Business Team Director for Construction & Coatings in Ann Arbor, MI. You will lead Sales, Marketing, and Technical Service across North and Central America, aligning with global strategies while driving regional growth and operational excellence.

This role collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to deliver profitability, disciplined governance, and customer satisfaction. Travel as required and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in specialty chemicals, materials, construction products, coatings, adhesives, sealants, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success leading commercial organizations with revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong people leadership including coaching, development, and performance management.
• Experience in global or multinational environments and in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

• Provide overall leadership for Sales, Marketing, and Technical Service across North and Central America.
