Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Polymer Science, Material Science & Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of industrial R&D experience for Ph.D. (or 8+ years for M.S.).
• Strong experience in polymer/materials chemistry and characterization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent R&D projects/programs from ideation to commercialization.
• Translate strategy and customer needs into a technology roadmap.
• Ensure technical rigor across the portfolio using structured problem solving.
