Job summary

The role requires Ph.D. or MS in a polymer field with 3–5+ years of industrial R&D experience; strong polymer chemistry and problem-solving skills; and a willingness to travel up to 10% in a hybrid Exton, PA setting.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in a polymer-related field with relevant R&D experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation to commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, characterization, and structure–property relationships.
• Proven track record in leadership, publications, patents, or equivalent impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple R&D projects from ideation through commercialization using stage-gate methodologies.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligning with customer needs and market trends.
• Ensure rigorous technical documentation and effective knowledge transfer.
• Manage governance, risks, and stakeholder communications across regions.
