The role emphasizes safety, customer experience, and efficient operations, with collaboration across maintenance and quality teams to meet internal and external standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience directing large staff and coordinating shifts.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Remove unsafe conditions in polymer center operations.
• Lead operations staff to execute the manufacturing plan on shift.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment safe and functional.
• Ensure production meets quality specs with Technical & Quality teams.
• Lead safety and loss control programs to prevent incidents.
• Engage employees to foster safety culture and accountability.
• Deliver service meeting customer expectations across the experience.
• Resolve unusual service requests, breakdowns and schedule changes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during issues.
• Represent Republic Services positively to drive customer satisfaction.
• Set productivity goals and manage labor hours and disposal costs.
• Execute plans to meet or exceed division budgets.
• Support product delivery and equipment maintenance.
• Build and develop talent, coach for advancement.
• Perform other duties as needed.
