Glo Medspa in Winterville, NC is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk duties, patient communications, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and daily clinic flow in a med spa setting. You will educate patients on services and memberships, assist with payments and rebooking, and support providers while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a polished customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in aesthetics, med spa, wellness, healthcare, front desk, sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a polished phone presence.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and create a professional, friendly, high-touch experience.
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and inquiries promptly and politely.
• Schedule appointments and support smooth patient flow.
• Assist with check-in, checkout, payments, rebooking, and follow-up.
• Educate patients on services, memberships, financing, and retail products.
