Job summary

RRD Company in Los Angeles is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, guests, attorneys, and staff in a fast-paced law firm setting. This fully onsite role supports conference services, catering, and workplace operations with a client-first attitude.

The candidate should have 1+ year in corporate reception or professional services, exceptional communication, and a proactive guest-service approach. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in a high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in corporate reception, front desk, or administrative support within a professional office environment.
• Experience in law firms, banking, private equity, or other high-touch corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, catering coordination, or meeting management is highly preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required for a polished front-of-house.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff in a professional manner.
• Serve as the primary front-of-house representative ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Manage visitor arrivals, notifications, and reception desk duties.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Check conference room schedules and set up rooms with A/V equipment and refreshments as requested.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely service.
