Job summary

OnePack Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead a polished casual, full-service restaurant and drive growth. This hands-on leader will coach the team and own guest experience, operations, and financial performance.

The role may oversee banquets, catering, private events, and a coffee or café outlet. The ideal candidate leads like an owner—visible on the floor, accountable for results, and committed to building a strong culture and profitable business.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in polished casual or upscale environments.
• Proven ability to lead front- and back-of-house operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Banquet, catering, or café experience preferred.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain it.
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to recruit, coach, and retain strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Ensure service standards and guest experience across front- and back-of-house.
• Direct operations including scheduling, cash controls, and inventory.
• Grow revenue via menus, events, catering, and partnerships.
• Oversee banquets, catering, and coffee operations.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Provide timely reporting to ownership and senior leadership.
