NextGen Hospitality Solutions seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead our high-volume Polished Casual dining floor, partnering with the GM to drive sales, develop talent, and maintain exceptional service during peak rush hours.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership in a fast-paced restaurant, a track record of cultivating staff, and strong guest-relations skills to grow into upper leadership roles.
