Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking a Supervisor, Policyowner Services to lead a frontline team servicing policyholders and supporting our insurance operations, delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliant, efficient processes.

Qualifications

Experience managing or supervising a team, ideally in a customer service environment.
Ability to develop people and foster growth.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontline associates, creating a strong, customer-focused culture.
Oversee daily operations and ensure service standards and compliance requirements are met.
Use data and feedback to drive performance, improve processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
Partner with teams across the organization (Underwriting, Claims, etc.) to align on goals and priorities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Support and lead projects that enhance the customer and associate experience.
Champion change and lead your team through evolving business needs.
