Ethos is hiring a Policy Operations Manager to lead the Policy Administration team and drive process improvements across our multi-product platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and carrier partners to optimize customer experiences and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations or customer support, is knowledgeable about life insurance, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or a related role.
• Experience and knowledge of life insurance is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent support/help desk software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation with business partners.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the Policy Administration team.
• Motivate and manage the team, delegate tasks, and handle escalations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and rotations to maintain optimal levels.
• Develop and implement customer support and policy servicing procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals and monitor progress.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and report on progress.
