Job summary

Safety National is hiring a Policy Services Assistant in Saint Louis, MO to support the Account Services Department by processing policy transactions, handling customer requests, and maintaining records. This entry-level role offers onboarding, collaboration with Claims, Underwriting, and brokers, and a path to policy services expertise.

The position is non-exempt, onsite at least 60% and on a hybrid schedule, with benefits and tuition reimbursement as part of Safety National's total rewards

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service via phone/email
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities
• Collaborative teamwork while handling individual responsibilities
• Attention to detail with clear verbal and written communication
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to follow procedures
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Accurate data entry, document processing, scanning, and admin support
• Willingness to work onsite in St. Louis 60%+ per week
