Qualifications

Computer literate from basic to intermediate skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.
Excellent communication skills; able to provide a first-rate customer experience.
Must pass state licensing requirements.
Flexible schedule.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Sales responsibilities and delivering professional, courteous service to customers.
Answer questions regarding customers' policy and process inquiries.
Accept payments and process transactions; identify customer needs.
Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals and cancellations.
Involved in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
Maintain a neat and clean workspace and office.
FNOLs (vehicle inspections).
Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
Bank deposits.
Other duties as assigned.
