Old Republic Title is seeking an entry-level Policy Processor for the Florida State Accounting Department in Tampa. The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, based at 1410 N Westshore Blvd, Ste 800.

Ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting or related field and eager to build foundational experience. You will key policies in ADBJV and EZJacket, handle premium checks, balance deposits, and respond to agent inquiries.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring an associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Basic bookkeeping and mathematical aptitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Accurately key and process policies in ADBJV and EZJacket applications.
• Process multiple premium checks per remittance reports using 10 key calculator.
• Balance daily premium deposits.
• Research and respond to agent’s inquiries regarding their accounts by phone or email and make any necessary corrections.
• Learn promulgated rates per FL statue.
• Process Accounts Receivable for Mid-Florida components, as well as Florida.
• Initiate and release wires when needed.
• Assist with other bookkeeping duties as needed.
