Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, economic development, or energy-related fields.
• 5+ years of energy policy experience focused on supporting business needs.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating timelines.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional policy initiatives on data center infrastructure, energy, and economic development.
• Track energy and data center legislation across US states and federal level.
• Collaborate with internal partners, trade associations, and external consultants to identify policy issues.
• Support policy strategies informed by business needs and public opinion climate.
• Facilitate alignment across internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare memos on infrastructure and energy policy to drive internal alignment.
• Support related issues such as tax and trade policy as needed.
